Pursuant to the Resolution dated February 20th, 2023 of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the enterprise having the following information will be acquired by and into the Company:

Upon completion of the acquisition, NSVN shall inherit any and all contributed capital, assets, legitimate rights and interests from LSIG. At the same time, NSVN shall take over all legitimate obligations, and obligations to continue implementing business / commercial contracts between LSIG and third parties.
