Ingasco Incorporated was established by the Gutierrez Family.

1952
1952

In 1952, the Manufacturing Division took place.

1991
1991

LNOA 25 began commercial operations in San Simon.

1994
1994

The joint venture of Ingasco, Inc. with Nippon Sanso Corp. of Japan began.

1995
1995

The Hydrogen Plant commenced commercial operations in San Simon, Pampanga.

The company earned its first ISO 9000 certification.

1996
1996

Ingasco expanded its operations in San Jose, Batangas with the launch of a CO2 plant.

1997
1997

The MMG15500 Air Separation Plant in San Jose, Batangas began its commercial operations.

2002

The MMG15500 facility was expanded with the installation of a Nitrogen Liquefaction Plant, adding an additional 5,000 NM³ to LIN production capacity. A joint venture was also established with CGC with Ingasco Inc. under the Gutierrez Family and TNSC of Japan was made.

The Nitrogen Liquefier Plant was put in operation.

2006

Taiyo Nippon Sanso Philippines was established. Gutierrez family of Ingasco Inc. sold their shares to TNSC and CGC.

The first ASP, MMG15700 Air Separation Plant of Taiyo Nippon Sanso Philippines, began its commercial operations.

2009
2009

The 100 NM³ per hour Electrolysis Plant of TNSPI Tanauan was commercially operated.

2011
2011

TNSPI expanded its hydrogen gas production with the launch of the Hydrogen 200 Plant, capable of producing 200 NM³ of hydrogen per hour.

2013

TNSPI expanded its operations in Northern Mindanao with the launch of the MMG8600 ASP facility in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

Ingasco established a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Taiyo Nippon Sanso Clark, Inc. (TNSCI), to build a larger and more modern air separation plant in Clark Field, Pampanga

The TNSCI MMG16200 Air Separation Plant commenced commercial operations.

Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation (TNSC) transitioned into a holding company, Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation, and its subsidiary in the Philippines was officially named:

  • Nippon Sanso Ingasco Philippines, Inc.
  • Nippon Sanso Ingasco Clark, Inc.

NSIPI expanded its hydrogen production capacity with the construction of the Hydrogen 500 Plant.

Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation completed the acquisition of minority shares in Nippon Sanso Ingasco, Inc. (NSIG).
