The Gas Professionals
With our experience and advanced technology, NSVN has installed some large air separation plants in the region, producing various industrial gases such as Liquid Nitrogen, Liquid Oxygen, and Liquid Argon for supplying all customers in both South and North of Vietnam.
Depending on which industrial applications that using gas form, NSVN will convert the liquid form to gas form such as Gaseous Nitrogen, Gaseous Oxygen, Gaseous Argon by an on-site vaporization system. Besides, NSVN also produces Gaseous Hydrogen through Methanol Reforming Process with high purity to meet the needs of various industries.

Gas Application in Industrial Field
Our gas technology strongly supports our customers’ corporate activities and the reduction of human impacts on the environment.
Oxygen
It is used in metallurgy at steel mill, non-ferrous metal industry, welding and cutting jobs in iron / steel industry, oxyacetylene torches in shipbuilding and construction, etc. It is also assisted in medical advances.
Nitrogen
It is used in industrial applications with special relevance to the chemical, glass, electronic, metallurgical, biomedical industriy, pharmaceutical, beverage, etc.
Hydrogen
It is used mainly for reaction in chemical and glass industries, the reduction of oxide ores, electronic, the metallurgy field, etc.
Argon
It is used in manufacturing of high quality stainless steels, production of impurity – free silicon crystals for semi-conductor manufacture, inert filler gas for light bulbs, welding process for stainless steel, etc.
Compressed Gas
NSVN compressed gases filling center is equipped with the most modern facilities incorporating with vacuum system, gas analyzers and quality control system to ensure consistently high quality standards throughout the production chain. Compressed gases can be supplied in individual cylinder ranging from 10 liter to 47 liter size.
Special Gases, Standard Gases, others: Metan, Neon Mixtures, CF4, Krypton , Neon , Xenon, etc.
Mixed Gases can be supplied
- 2 kinds of components: Ar + N2, N2 + CO2, Ar + CO2, Ar + H2, EO + CO2, etc.
- 3 kinds of components: CO2 + N2 + He, etc.
- 4 kinds of components: He + CO2 + N2 + CO, etc.
- 5 kinds of components: CO + CO2 + N2 + He + H2, etc.
Gas Supply Method
NSVN plays a major role in the development of industries through the directly stable supply of industrial gases, pure gases, high-purity medical gases, special gases and mixed gases by all methods.
NSVN listens closely to customer requests to better understand their demand and consults gas supply from smallest to largest quantity.
Monthly optimum usage f or Cylinder, LGC and Storage tank:
- Cylinder: U p to 300 m3/ month
- LGC: 300 ~ 3,000 m3/ month
- Storage tank: O ver 3,000 m3/ month
